SUSAN MCCORMICK, WELLNESS CONNECTION

Susan is a licensed marriage and family therapist, as well as a wellness coach at our Stone Ridge Office. Susan is the founder of the Wellness Connection. She received both her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy along with her Bachelors Degree in Business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Before the Wellness Connection, Susan was the Director of Family Services for Corpus Christi Catholic Church, and she also worked as a Resident Therapist for Hope Counseling Center. Susan also worked at the Center Family Services in Falls Church and for Fairfax County as a facilitator for their Nurturing Parenting Program.

Susan enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples and family. Her approach to therapy focuses on overall wellness by identifying personal strengths along with negative patterns that tend to get in the way. Through awareness, often opportunities for positive change occur.
