Katie McAuliffe Campbell

Before entering the financial services industry, Katie McAuliffe opened Belmont Country Club Arnold Palmer Signature Course as an LPGA teaching professional.  Following that position, she worked as a certified Project Management Professional supporting several Department of Defense clients. This experience gave Katie the management and leadership tools needed to step into the Financial Services industry and be the trusted source her clients have come to rely on.

Katie proudly provides Financial Advisory services alongside her father, Dan McAuliffe, who has hung his hat in downtown Leesburg for over 30 years.  In addition, she also works with two successful Loudoun small businesses on an ad hoc basis, Everything and the Dog, as well as Wild Hare Cider.  You never know where you’ll find her- planning an investment strategy, walking a dog, or pouring hard cider are some of her frequent weekly activities.

Katie was honored in 2014 as one of Loudoun’s rising stars in Leesburg Today’s 40 Under 40 awards.  She was recognized for her professional accomplishments as well as her community involvement.  Katie is
an active volunteer and Board of Directors member of Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter.  She has also volunteers her time with Loudoun Transitional Housing, providing meals for 40 residents each month.  Katie is a founding member Loudoun County Steering Committee for Wells Fargo and she performs outreach on their behalf with Loudoun Free Clinic and Loudoun Interfaith Relief and other non-profits.  Katie has also been involved with the Tiger Wood’s Foundation, Junior League of Northern Virginia, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors- Loudoun Transit Committee, and Loudoun Academic Advisory Board for Marymount University.

This past year, Katie founded the 40 Under 40 “Unders” Club to create cross-sector opportunities for the local awardees.

Katie finished the Ironman Mont Tremblant in 2014 and Chesapeake Bay 4.4 Mile Swim in 2012.
She received a B.S. from Marymount University, a masters in Management from University of Maryland University College, and is currently working on her certificate in Personal Financial Planning through Kansas State University., which will provide the continuing education hours required to sit for the Certified Financial Planner certification exam in 2016.

Katie has resided in Loudoun County for all but the first 3 years of her life.  She is a graduate of Loudoun County High School and currently lives in Lansdowne with her husband, Charles, and their 2 rescue pups, Oakmont and Augusta.
