Jennifer Montgomery
Jennifer Montgomery is a performance driven executive with more than 15 years of multifaceted experience in public and private organizations, who is recognized for her ability to integrate finance, marketing, and operations while positioning for long-term growth and sustainability.
Jennifer currently leads Loudoun Interfaith Relief, Loudoun’s largest food pantry who served more than 11,000 residents last year and provided 1.2 million pounds of food. Under Montgomery’s leadership, this award winning nonprofit has recently completed a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at reaching further into the Loudoun community and focusing on education outreach in collaboration with community partners.
A Loudoun native, Jennifer believes strongly in giving back to the community she loves. Jennifer has a MA in Leisure Management from Griffith University, Brisbane Australia and her BA in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University. She currently resides in Leesburg with her husband and two young children.
