It is important to me that you understand who I am, how I do business here in Loudoun County, and most importantly, what I can do to help you.

I was a registered nurse in the fields of critical care and hospice for 20 years, my career in real estate overlapped with my nursing career for about 5 years. The skills of care taking, teaching and information gathering transferred very well into the field of real estate.

I have been a real estate professional for 25+ years and “helping people” is second nature to my approach. Buying or selling a home is a major life event, I understand that concept and all of the emotions that go along with it.

The result: The combination of skills from both fields, nursing and real estate, coupled with the knowledge of Northern Virginia offer my clients a unique set of qualifications they can depend on. There is so much more to it than just showing houses to people. It’s about building relationships based on knowledge and trust. Not to mention service and fun!

I have lived in Loudoun County for 40 years, raised two wonderful children, and developed many friendships and business relationships here.

In 2004 I was included in the 2004-2005 Edition of the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals, as a top producing Realtor in Loudoun County. I am a past Chairman of the Board for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors for 2004-2005. Also, in 2004 I was named the DAAR Realtor of the Year from among 1,500 other Realtors. Leadership is a passion of mine and I have continued to climb the leadership ladder in the Virginia Association and the National Association of Realtors.

In 2009 I embarked on my life long dream … my own Real Estate company! I was offered an opportunity to become a partner in 1757 Real Estate Company and I accepted in June. February 2011 brought about an unexpected move. Carter Braxton Preferred Properties became our new home one street over on Loudoun Street in downtown Leesburg.

I decided to take the next big step and start my own company and Pangle & Associates was born in late 2011. Our new company, Pangle & Associates, is also inviting agents to join us; those who are experienced and have proven that they carry the same core values and a willingness to advance those values in the community and the industry.
