Eve Weber
Eve has been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together since 2005 and can’t possibly think of anything more fulfilling than to help others realize and achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
After graduating from James Madison University with a degree of Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Political Science, Eve went on to work for Vial, Hamilton, Koch and Knox in Dallas, TX as the Chief Litigation Paralegal where she managed a team of paralegals who supported the attorneys. Being a paralegal requires a fine attention to detail while accurately representing the facts, all which apply to real estate. On top of that, her mastery of contract negotiations, responsiveness as well as thorough knowledge of the local market make her the consummate real estate professional to handle your next sale.
Eve has been with Long & Foster Realtors since the start of her career. For 2013 and 2014, she was the #1 Long & Foster Realtor in all of Loudoun County. These same years, Eve closed over $20 million and $19 million respectively, in sales and was recognized by being the only recipient of Long & Foster Realtor’s Masters Club award in Loudoun County along with recognition in REALTrends as one of the top 1,000 Realtors in the United States, ranking 58th in all of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Area by volume among all my Realtor® peers.
For 2015, Eve has already surpassed my previous years and am on track to close more than $30 million.
When she’s not selling real estate or spending time with her husband, Michael, and their three children, Eve donates her time to the community. She has been involved in a number of local fundraising efforts and has supported several local charities, including Women Giving Back, Relay for Life – as a sponsor for APEX Gymnastics, and American Cancer Society. Eve is an annual sponsor of the High-Heeled Happy Hours. She is also an avid tennis player and plays on both Ida Lee and Ashburn tennis leagues, holding a ranking of 4.0 from the United States Tennis Association (USTA).
