ERIN LOMBARDI, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AT Tarara Winery
Erin Lombardi arrived in Loudoun County at the tail end of 2010, and never looked back. She dove into her community of Lovettsville head first and curated and executed the cheerleading and gymnastics programs for both the Lovettsville Community Center and Lovettsville Elementary School. In addition, she began her own personal consulting business which lead to the launch, growth, and development of many successful Loudoun County businesses today. For the past 2 years, Erin has had the honor of calling Tarara Winery her home. Under her role as Sales and Marketing Manager, Tarara won the “People’s Choice” Award through the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Awards. Early this year, Erin was promoted to the role of Business Development Director. Through that she has had the opportunity to scale their business, create new streams of revenue, successful negotiate and close high profile partnerships, and create an opportunity for our community organizations and charities to thrive through the use and branding of Tarara. Erin currently serves as an ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce - hand selected by the chair after only 6 months of involvement, a member of the Business Women of Loudoun County, a board of Trustees member of The Visit Loudoun Foundation, and a member of the Loudoun Wine Association. Most recently, Erin has taken on her scariest and most exciting role as Mrs. Loudoun County, on her journey to Mrs. Virginia in April and Mrs. America in August.
Outside of her work community, Erin is an active member of her church, volunteers with the Loudoun County Fair’s 4H pageant, aids as a cheerleading coach, and runs a small rescue farm at her home in Lovettsville where we live with our 3 young girls. This fall, Erin was as one of Loudoun’s 40 Under 40.
