SALLY CROSEN, MAID BRIGADE

Sally Crosen was born in Fresno, California. She is 1 out of 10 kids and lived in Parlier where she was raised and attended Parlier High School.  She attended Cal State University Fresno from 1983-1987 in that same year she started her career with West Air Airlines as a Flight Attendant based in Fresno.  In 1991 she had the opportunity to transfer to Dulles International Airport and West Air sold the East coast operation and Atlantic Coast Airlines was formed. Sally quickly moved up the ranks to training supervisor and into the training department. She help developed training procedures for new hire flight attendants for United Express and Delta Connection. During her career with the airlines she helped implement emergency procedures, wrote training modules and facilitated yearly required training programs. She flew to Montreal Canada accepting new aircrafts from the Bombardier Factory, and worked on proving runs under the FAA to ensure the training procedures where on scope with the training manuals to ensure an evacuation was possible for that particular aircraft series.  In 2006 Atlantic Coast Airlines decided to close their doors and her 18 years in the airline industry came to an end.  

Sally met her husband Mark shortly after moving to Virginia and has been married for 23 years.  They have two sons; John and Robert. 

Sally started her career with Maid Brigade in 2008 as the Operations Manager. She helped launch Green Seal team member training, has cultivated Growing Green partnerships with Nature Generation, Trex Inc and a member of the Green Committee with Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.
